DELIVERIES ARE MADE BY OUR TRUSTED COURIER AND TAKE PLACE ON MONDAY TO FRIDAY (OR OTHER NORMAL WORKING WEEKDAYS IN COUNTRIES/REGIONS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW A WESTERN PATTERN OF WORKING WEEK), EXCLUDING BANK AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, USUALLY WITHIN THE HOURS OF 8AM AND 5PM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SPECIFY A PRECISE TIME AT WHICH A DELIVERY WILL TAKE PLACE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COURIER MAY REQUIRE DELIVERIES TO BE SIGNED FOR.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT OUR SHIPPING TIMES SHOULD BE USED AS A GUIDE ONLY AND ARE BASED ON TIME FROM DISPATCH. N21 CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE DELAYS OR FAILED PAYMENT APPROVAL, THOUGH WE WILL TRY TO MINIMISE ANY POTENTIAL DELAYS.
IF YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS GEOGRAPHICALLY REMOTE, FOR EXAMPLE CERTAIN OUTLYING ISLANDS OR OTHER ISOLATED LOCATIONS, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DELIVER THERE. IF THAT IS THE CASE, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BEFORE WE ACCEPT YOUR ORDER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO DELIVER TO ANY COUNTRY/REGION THAT IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE EXPORT LAWS. ORDERS CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO PO BOX OR SIMILAR ADDRESSES (SOME EXCEPTIONS ARE APPLIED TO SOME MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES).
PRODUCTS COMPRISED WITHIN THE SAME ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – NON-EU COUNTRIES (TAXES & DUTIES)
FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (E.G. UNITED STATES, JAPAN, UNITED KINGDOM), ANY CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES, DUTIES OR LOCAL TAXES WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORDER. THE DESIGNATED COURIER (DHL) WILL CONTACT THE RECIPIENT DIRECTLY WITH ALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT AND CUSTOMS PROCEDURES.
For orders with a delivery address in the United States of America, the order submitted by the Buyer, whilst constituting a contractual offer within the meaning of Article 5.2 above, remains on hold until the Customer has confirmed, by explicitly replying to the email sent by Numeroventuno, that they wish to proceed with the shipment and accept the possible charge of customs duties, taxes and other import charges, in accordance with the terms set out in Article 8-bis. In the absence of a reply within 3 (three) days of receipt of the email requesting confirmation, the order shall be deemed automatically cancelled and the Seller shall refund the full amount already charged to the Customer; this is without prejudice to the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal for contracts already concluded.
nless otherwise expressly stated at the time of ordering, shipments to non-EU countries are made on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that:
• The price shown on the Website does NOT include customs duties, taxes and other charges payable in the country of destination;
• The Customer, as the importer, is liable for the payment of all duties, taxes and charges required by the legislation of the destination country;
• The courier appointed by Numeroventuno will present the goods to customs in the destination country;
• The Customer will be contacted by the courier regarding payment of duties and taxes prior to final delivery;
• Delivery will only be made once all customs charges due have been paid;
• Numeroventuno is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs procedures or the Customer’s failure to pay the charges.
Should the Customer refuse to pay customs duties or other charges requested by the relevant authorities, or otherwise refuse delivery, the shipment will be considered "refused" and the goods will be returned to the sender. In such a case , all costs incurred by Numeroventuno as a result of the refusal (including return shipping , re-import duties and taxes, and administrative charges) will be fully deducted from any refund duecosts to the Customer, as further specified in Article 8-bis.5 below.
For orders destined for the United States of America, Numeroventuno will send the Customer an email containing a summary of information on duties, taxes and possible customs charges, requesting express confirmation (YES/NO) to proceed with the shipment. Only following such positive confirmation will the order be definitively accepted and dispatched.
Once the order has been confirmed in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that customs duties, taxes and other import charges in the country of destination remain their sole responsibility, even if they subsequently decide not to pay them at customs, refuse delivery or fail to fulfil the formalities required for customs clearance. In such cases, the courier may return the goods to the sender and Numeroventuno, where it has advanced duties, taxes, storage fees, return costs and any other charges levied by the customs authorities or the carrier as a result of the refusal or failure to clear the goods, shall be entitled to deduct such amounts from any sum that may be due to the Customer by way of a refund of the price, without prejudice to the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal under Article 10 and the provisions set out in paragraph 8-bis.5 et seq.
RETURNS POLICY
RETURNED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY:
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNDAMAGED AND UNUSED, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDED.
- FOOTWEAR AND ACCESSORIES MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL BRANDED BOXES AND DUST BAGS, WHERE PROVIDED, AND PLACED INSIDE A PROTECTIVE OUTER BOX FOR SHIPPING.
- WHEN TRYING ON FOOTWEAR, PLEASE TAKE CARE NOT TO MARK THE SOLES OR DAMAGE THE SHOE BOX.
- JEWELLERY MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT ARRIVED IN, INCLUDING ALL BRANDED PACKAGING AND DOCUMENTS PROVIDED WITH IT.
- DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, UNDERWEAR CANNOT BE RETURNED.
PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON YOUR PURCHASES AND RETURN THEM IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED. ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER A FREE RETURNS COLLECTION SERVICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS FOR ANY PURCHASES THAT MEET OUR RETURNS POLICY.
YOUR RETURNED ITEM MUST ARRIVE AT THE N21 WAREHOUSE NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DATE. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU BOOK YOUR RETURN PICK-UP WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE TO ENSURE THAT IT ARRIVES AT THE RELEVANT GLINT PARTNER’S LOCATION WITHIN 14 DAYS.
WE WILL SEND YOU A COLLECTION CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH ALL THE DETAILS YOU’LL NEED TO COMPLETE THE RETURN.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY OFFER A FREE RETURNS PICK UP FROM THE SAME COUNTRY/REGION YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED.
